Terms & Conditions
1. Ticket Sales and Entry to Feast Live
-
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are strictly non-refundable in all circumstances, including (without limitation) inability to attend, change of personal circumstances, or adverse weather. This does not affect your statutory rights.
-
If you can no longer attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another person. It is your responsibility to arrange the transfer; Feast Live cannot facilitate resales or exchanges.
-
Any competitions or giveaways involving Feast Live tickets require the explicit prior written approval of the organisers.
-
Entry to the event site requires a valid e-ticket or wristband. Feast Live, its organisers, and its partners accept no responsibility for personal injury, death, or loss or damage to property of any kind, howsoever caused, including by negligence.
-
The organisers accept no liability for damage to vehicles, possessions, or materials brought onto the site by guests, traders, or crew.
-
No glass may be brought onto the event site. Please also refrain from bringing aftershave, perfumes, or other fragrances.
-
Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
-
Staff may request government-issued photo ID at entry points to verify age, and may request additional information after booking to prevent fraud.
-
The advertised line-up, running order, set times, and site layout are subject to change without notice. Changes to the line-up do not entitle ticket holders to a refund - all sales remain final.
-
Feast Live takes place outdoors on a grass site with potentially uneven ground. Please dress appropriately for the terrain and weather. The event will go ahead rain or shine; tickets will not be refunded due to weather conditions.
-
Unauthorised professional recording of performances is forbidden. All official recordings and photographs are the property of the organisers. Personal photography for non-commercial use is permitted.
-
By attending Feast Live, you consent to being interviewed, photographed, and filmed, and to the use of such material for promotional purposes by the organisers and associated parties.
-
It is illegal to sell or supply alcohol to anyone under 18. Feast Live operates a Challenge 25 policy: staff will request ID from anyone appearing under 25, and refusals will be documented.
-
Guests behaving in a dangerous, intoxicated, or disorderly manner will be removed from the site immediately without compensation. Anyone refused entry due to behaviour, intoxication, or suspected substance use will not be refunded.
-
No trading or commercial activity may take place on the event site or surrounding public areas without the organisers' written authorisation.
-
The organisers may impose additional safety-related restrictions or requirements before and during the event.
-
The organisers accept no responsibility for misrepresentations, acts, or omissions by venues, performers, vendors, promoters, or any other third parties, or for any losses arising from them.
-
The organisers shall not be liable for loss of enjoyment, loss of income, or any indirect, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
-
These terms constitute the entire agreement between attendees and the organisers and supersede any prior understandings. They are governed by English law, and the English courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes. By attending, you accept this jurisdiction and waive any objection to venue.
2. Social Media Competitions
-
Employees of Feast Live, anyone connected with a competition or its administration, and their family members are not eligible to enter.
-
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash alternative.
-
A closing date will be specified for each competition. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
-
The organisers accept no responsibility for entries that are not received, for any reason.
-
One entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disregarded.
-
The organisers reserve the right to cancel or amend a competition and its terms at their discretion. Any changes will be communicated to entrants as soon as possible.
-
The organisers are not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied by any third party.
-
Winners will be chosen at random. The organisers' decision is final.
-
Winners will be notified via social media. Prizes must be claimed within 7 days of notification or they will be forfeited and an alternative winner selected.
-
Ticket prizes will be sent by email. The organisers accept no responsibility for lost or stolen prizes.
-
Winners consent to the use of their name and image in promotional material. Entrants' personal data will not be shared with third parties.
-
Entering a competition constitutes acceptance of these terms.
-
Competitions run by Feast Live are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram, or any other social network. Entrants provide their information to the organisers, not to any social media platform.
